This two-day event brings together important safety training for water and wastewater crews in one practical program. Attendees will spend time learning about confined space safety, non-entry rescue, plug and nozzle operations, and trenching and shoring practices, with a focus on real jobsite hazards and safe work in the field. The training is designed to give crews a better understanding of the risks they face, the equipment they use, and the steps they can take to work more safely and confidently every day.

Learn the fundamentals of confined space safety, including how to identify common hazards, follow proper entry procedures, and use equipment correctly. This session also covers non-entry rescue techniques designed to help crews respond quickly and safely in emergency situations without putting additional workers at risk.

Learn the basics of safe handling, proper setup, and correct operation of equipment commonly used in water and wastewater systems. This session is designed to help crews better understand equipment safety, reduce risk in the field, and support safer day-to-day operations.
