Pipeline Assessment Certification Program
PACP provides standardization and consistency to the methods in which pipeline conditions are identified, evaluated and managed. This is usually taken with the Lateral Assessment and Manhole Assessment Certification

ITCP provides construction professionals the knowledge and tools to understand and inspect trenchless pipe renewal technology.

Cured-In-Place Pipe
ITCP – CIPP is intended for Consulting and Municipal Engineers who provide inspection services and perform project inspections, the actual Inspectors that are on the jobsite as well as anyone who is in need of a comprehensive understanding of the trenchless cured-in-place pipeline renewal technology.
Manhole Rehabilitation
ITCP – MR includes an overview of existing manhole defects and how they affect rehabilitation technologies, a review of manhole replacement and rehabilitation technologies as well as addresses the specifications for the inspector’s role in order to fulfill the contract requirements.
